Where is my order?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping takes 7–15 business days to the US and 9–18 business days internationally. Use the tracking page above, or the link in your shipping confirmation email.

How do I start a return?

Message us with your order number. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days.

My product arrived damaged.

Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
